Do you learn something new every day?

An organization’s ability to learn, and translate that learning into action rapidly, is the ultimate competitive business advantage. Jack Welch

Truly we are living in the era of the learning organization, where those who continually learn, and constantly apply what they learn, will dominate their markets. Those content with yesterday’s answers, with yesterday’s strategies will soon find themselves as yesterday’s news.

Change is the name of the game and effective change is the result of continuous learning.

What are you doing to create a learning organization?

How are you fostering training, education, meaningful dialogue and deep discussions about principles and strategies that impact your team, group or organization?

The old phrase, “You learn something new every day,” should probably be turned into the question, “Do you learn something new every day?” Do you?
